Our program allows you to earn a Reward when you install a Hayward replacement product for any competitor's pump, heater, filter and other select items.

  • Install a Hayward qualifying product(s) for any competitor's product
  • Submit clear photos of the before and after installation and the installed Hayward product serial number.
  • Upon submission approval, you will receive a notification via email.
  • Your reward will be applied to your account and you can redeem quickly, or save up for a future reward.

  • Please follow the below steps to upload a Submission
  • Login into your account
  • Click the on the “UPLOAD SUBMISSION” tab on the top of the page
  • Click on the dotted area which says "Select or drop files here".
  • Click the "SUBMIT" button once your receipt image(s) have been added.

Qualifying submissions need to be submitted within 60 days of the Hayward product installation.

Once your submission is approved and processed, you will receive your digital reward via email. Please check your registered email associated with the program for instructions on how to access and redeem your digital reward. If you have any further questions or encounter any issues regarding the receipt of your digital reward, please reach out to our customer support team at help@promotions.hayward.com

Currently, you can select a reward from Amazon, Airbnb, Apple, Best Buy, Cabela's, eBay, Home Depot, Uber, Visa or Walmart.
