Our program pays you to upgrade your customers' pools! Simply replace a competitor's pump, filter, heater, automation, sanitization system, cleaner, or lighting product with a Hayward product from the eligible products list and submit your installation. Once your submission is approved, you earn points that can be redeemed for popular digital gift cards. The more competitive upgrades you complete, the more points you earn - and the more rewards you can claim!

  • Install a Hayward qualifying product(s) for any competitor's product.
  • Submit clear photos of the before and after installation and the installed Hayward product serial number.
  • Upon submission approval, you will receive a notification via email.
  • Your reward will be applied to your account and you can redeem quickly, or save up for a future reward.

Submitting your installation is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account at www.Promotions.Hayward.com
    2. Click on the "UPLOAD SUBMISSION" tab on the top of the page.
    3. Upload your images:
      1. Before: a clear photo of the competitor's product before removal.
      2. After: a clear photo of the newly installed Hayward product.
      3. Serial Number: a clear image of the Hayward product serial number (not the Century motor serial).
    4. Complete the installation information form.
    5. Click "Submit."

Tips:

    • Ensure all photos are clear and legible.
    • Submissions without a valid Hayward serial number will not be processed.

Submissions must be made within 60 days of installing the Hayward product. If it has been longer than 60 days, contact  help@promotions.hayward.com - we will do our best to accommodate you.

Eligible products are listed in the “Eligible Products” section of your account dashboard. Only products listed here qualify for rewards. View the full lists: Residential Products and Commercial Products.

Log in to your account and scroll down to “Transaction History”. Here, you can see all submissions, including pending and completed status, points earned, denial reasons, and uploaded images.

Contact our customer support team at help@promotions.hayward.com for assistance with submissions, account issues, or technical questions. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue.

You will receive an email explaining why the submission was declined. You may resubmit after correcting any issues or contact support for assistance. Before resubmitting, ensure:

    • The Hayward product is on the eligible products list.
    • The serial number image is clear and legible.
    • The before-and-after photos clearly show the product replacement in the same scene.

Once your submission is approved, points will automatically appear in your account. Log in and visit “Rewards” or the Reward Store to select your gift card. After confirming your choice, you will receive an email immediately with your digital reward link. All rewards are digital - no physical cards are mailed.

Choose from digital gift cards from Amazon, Airbnb, Apple, Best Buy, Cabela’s, eBay, Home Depot, Uber, Visa, and Walmart. You may also choose to donate your reward points to the American Red Cross. Each card is subject to its provider’s terms and conditions. Hayward cannot reissue a card once it expires.

To receive your reward, make sure you are logged into your account and visit the reward store. Select the reward you want and follow the prompts to cash out. All rewards are digital and will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will not receive a physical card in the mail.
