A copy of your invoice is not required, but uploading it may help with your submission in the event there are any questions during the verification process.
You will receive an email within 48 hours directing you to select your digital reward. Upon selection, you will receive your digital reward within 24 hours.
If your submission is declined, you will receive an email stating the reasons and you can resubmit. You can also email our support at help@promotions.hayward.com
You will receive an email with a Promotion Code from your selected reward that you can use on the partner's website or respective location (where applicable).
Currently, you can select a reward from Amazon, Bass Pro Shops, Best Buy, Dunkin' Donuts, Fanatics, Grubhub, Home Depot, Lowe's, Omaha Steaks, Subway, Visa or Walmart.
